Nassau Asset Management's Marketing Coordinator Elected to EAEL Board

Denise Castagna to Serve Two-Year Term on Board

WESTBURY, NY, February 22, 2008 - Nassau Asset Management announced that its marketing coordinator, Denise Castagna, was elected to the board of directors of the Eastern Association of Equipment Lessors (EAEL). The slate of officers and board members was approved at the association's Fall Expo in Teaneck, NJ. Denise Castagna will serve a two-year on the board starting in 2008.

As Marketing Coordinator for Nassau Asset Management, Denise Castagna builds new client relationships by coordinating the design and distribution of promotional materials, and by exhibiting and attending tradeshows and other association events around the country. She also acts as a liaison between Nassau's asset recovery and sales teams and their clients.

Denise brings to the position wide-ranging experience in business, sales, education, and building public-private partnerships.

In addition to her board position with EAEL, she is a member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA), the United Association of Equipment Leasing (UAEL), and the National Association of Equipment Leasing Brokers (NAELB).

Denise holds a Masters degree from Adelphi University in Garden City, NY.

The Eastern Association of Equipment Lessors (EAEL), http://www.eael.org/, is a non-profit trade association serving its members in the equipment leasing industry. The association is governed by an elected Board of Directors with various committees that administer to its overall operation. Although EAEL is primarily a northeast regional association, our members are located throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
